The Smart Irrigation System with soil sensor offers a convenient solution for automated garden irrigation. The package includes an irrigation computer, two soil sensors, and a Zigbee Gateway. The irrigation computer enables automated irrigation of two separately controllable water connections. Individual schedules and timer functions can be set up for each output. This allows different garden areas such as lawns, flower beds, plant pots, or a greenhouse to be supplied appropriately. The irrigation delay in case of rain can additionally help to reduce unnecessary irrigation.

Soil sensors for precise readings

The included soil sensors measure soil moisture, temperature, and light intensity. These real-time data can be accessed directly in the Smart Life app, even when you are not on site. This allows you to keep an eye on important values for plant care and control irrigation more precisely.

Smart automations via the Smart Life app

The irrigation computer, soil sensors, and gateway can be freely linked via the Smart Life app. This allows intelligent scenes to be created, for example: If the soil moisture reaches a certain value, irrigation zone 1 is automatically switched on. Such automations help to conveniently control processes in the garden and adapt them to individual requirements.

Easy integration with Zigbee Gateway

A Zigbee Gateway is required for app connectivity, which is already included in this set. The gateway connects the Zigbee devices to the Smart Life app and enables central management of the system. The irrigation computer is suitable for common garden taps and hose systems with standard connections and can therefore be easily integrated into existing garden installations.

How do I connect the soil sensor and irrigation computer?

The connection is made via the Smart Life App. Under "Create Scene", individual if-then conditions can be set up, for example: If the soil moisture is too low, then turn on irrigation for zone 1.

Is the Smart Life App free?

Yes, downloading and using the Smart Life App is completely free of charge.

Is remote control possible?

Yes, after successful connection of the gateway and the devices to the gateway, the irrigation computer can be controlled remotely, regardless of location.

Can I control the two water connections independently?

Yes, the two outlets of the irrigation computer can be controlled separately. This allows different garden areas such as lawns, beds, planters or greenhouses to be irrigated individually.
