If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel your delivery by emailing service@smart-life24.de and reorder to the correct address. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive your delivery note with a tracking number. You also have the option of selecting a preferred delivery location, such as a parcel shop or drop-off location.

You can return your order to us in its original packaging within 60 days.
Please note that the items to be returned must be carefully packed in their original packaging and the parcel label must be affixed before you take them to your nearest parcel shop.
