Smart Life PTZ Camera

The SIRO PTZ camera is a movable network camera with a zoom lens and pan-tilt function for indoor use. The abbreviation PTZ stands for the camera's three most important functions: pan, tilt, and zoom. With these functions, you can always monitor rooms such as corridors, warehouses, etc. with the Smart Life app.

Die Kamera wirkt stabil, ist leise und hat eine gute Bildqualität. Sie lässt sich sehr gut steuern und reagiert ohne Verzögerung. Auch die Personenerkennung und Objektverfolgung funktioniert sehr gut. Allerdings wird nirgendwo beschrieben, wie die Speicherkarte eingelegt wird (den Linsenbereich manuell mit den Fingern vorsichtig noch oben bewegen!) . Dies steht weder im Handbuch, noch auf der Internetseite noch findet man eine Funktion in der App. Erst ein Anruf beim SIRO Support lüftet das Geheimnis.

Zur Kamera wird die Smart Life App benötigt. Die Kamera wird nach der Installation der App sofort und ohne aufwendige Schritte erkannt. Die Einrichtung ist allerdings nicht selbsterklärend. Manche Funktionen sind merkwürdig bezeichnet (z.B. "Onvif" ?, "Geräte Übersicht" = Bewertung der Kamera), manche Funktionsbeschreibungen sind länger als das Beschreibungsfeld und lassen sich nicht vollständig lesen und einige Texte sind erst gar nicht in deutsch. Hier besteht einiges an Optimierungspotential.
