The costs of returns within 60 days outside Germany will not be covered.

Fill out the return form:
Select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for return.
Print return label:
Print the automatically generated return label and securely attach it to your package. Alternatively, you can use the QR code to conveniently create the return label with your mobile phone.
Drop off package:
Take the package to a post office or parcel station near you. Returning it is free of charge.

Important instructions:

Return period: You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return items.
Condition of the goods: Please ensure that the items are unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Refund: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the original payment method used.
